Cheddar Fish Bake
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. sherry extract
2 oz. low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
2 oz. part skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded
12 oz. cooked, flaked fish (try Scrod, Haddock, or Orange Roughy, or Crab Meat)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients EXCEPT fish. Mix well.
Stir in fish. Place mixture in 1 quart baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.
Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes.
