Baked Haddock

Fish fillets, haddock
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Finely chopped celery
1/4 ts Garlic powder
4 tb Tomato juice
2 c Crushed Ritz crackers
1 Stick of margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place fish fillets in a shallow baking dish. Add a little water and butter to the bottom of dish. Set aside and mix cheese, celery, garlic powder and tomato juice; blend well. Sprinkle the mixture generously over the fish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers; pour melted margarine over crackers. Bake for 20 minutes.
