Broiled Sole with Mushroom Sauce
1 lb Sole fillets
2 T Margarine or butter
1 c Sliced mushrooms
1 Minced green onion
1 T White wine
Place fillets on lightly greased broiler pan. Dot with 1 tablespoon margarine or bautter. Broil 4 inches from heat for 10 minutes per inch of fish. Heat remaining margarine or butter in small skillet. Saute mushrooms and onions. Add wine and heat. Pour over broiled fish when serving.
