Broiled Flounder Rio Grande

1 tb Olive oil
1 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Parsley
1 sm Clove garlic; minced
1/2 ts Chili powder
1/8 ts Cumin
1/4 ts Paprika
1 1/2 lb Fillets
1/2 c Salsa
2 tb Fat-free sour cream

In a small saucepan, combine oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and paprika and cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Coat a broiling pan with cooking spray. Place fillets on the pan, spoon oil lemon mixture over fish and broil at least 4" from heat for 6 to 8 minutes, or until surface of fillets begin to brown. Remove fish from broiler and let stand for 1 minute. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
