Beet Fettuccine with Caviar
1/2 Recipe beet fettuccine or 6 Ounces uncooked fettuccine
1/3 c Sour cream
1/4 c Milk
2 tb Grated parmesan cheese
1/8 ts Pepper
1 Green onion (with top), Thinly sliced
1 tb Caviar
Cook fettuccine as directed in recipe or on package; drain. Heat remaining ingredients except caviar over low heat, stirring constantly, just until hot. Toss with hot fettuccine. Spoon caviar on top. 4 servings.
