Catfish Stew and Rice
3 c Water
2 md Potatoes; diced
1 lg Onion; chopped
1 tb Chopped garlic
1/2 Head sm. cabbage; chopped
2 lg Tomatoes; chopped
Salt and pepper
4 Fresh boneless catfish fillets; halved
Hot cooked rice
Combine water, potatoes, onion, and garlic in large pot. Cook on high
heat 15 minutes. Lower heat. Add cabbage, tomatoes, salt and
pepper. Cook 10 minutes. Add catfish. Cook 15 minutes. Remove from
heat. Serve over rice. 4 to 6 servings.
