Halibut and Fruit Broil For Two
2 Halibut steaks, approx. 1" thick
2 tb Butter, melted
2 tb Lemon Juice
Salt, pepper and paprika
1 lg Orange, peeled and sliced
1 Banana, peeled, halved lengthwise, cut into thirds
Place halibut on well-oiled broiler pan. Brush with melted butter, reserving some for later use. Sprinkle with half of the lemon juice and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Broil approx. 4" from source of heat for 5 min. or until lightly browned. Turn halibut. Arrange fruit sections around halibut. Brush fruit and fish with remaining melted butter. Season halibut again with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika. Broil anoth 5 min. or until halibut juices run clear and flesh is opaque when fork-tested. Remove halibut and fruit to serving plates. Serve immediately.
