Fish Fillets Au Gratin
1 lb Fish fillets
2/3 c Canned condensed soup such as celery, mushroom, or asparagus
2 tb Milk
1 c Coarse bread crumbs or 1/4 cup grated cheese
2 tb Melted butter
Arrange fish fillets in buttered baking dish. Combine soup and milk
and heat. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Drizzle with
melted butter. Bake, uncovered, in moderate oven (375 F. ) for 10 to
15 minutes, or until golden on top. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
