Flounder with Smoked Salmon
4 Fillet of flounder flour
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tb Melted margarine
1 Lemon ; juice of
Smoked salmon slices
Dredge fillets lightly with flour. Seasson with salt and pepper.
Saute in hot margarine until lightly browned. Transfer to flat glass
baking dish. To drippings in pan add lemon juice. Garnish fillets
with strips of smoked salmon. Pour lemon sauce over all and heat
briefly under broiler frame.
