Fried Cod Tongues
1 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
8 ea Cod tongues per person
1/2 lb Salt pork
Carefully wash cod tongues and dry in a paper towel. Mix together
flour, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag. Shake tongues in the
mixture until evenly coated. Fry salt pork until golden brown.
Remove pork cubes and fry tongues in same pan. Cook until golden
brown on both sides. Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
