Baked Flounder

1 (16 oz.) package frozen Flounder Fillets, thawed (or 3 small fresh Fillets)
1/2 cup canned tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
1 (16 oz.) can small white potatoes, drained
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
Chopped parsley


About 30 minutes before serving, preheat oven to 425 F. In medium baking pan, arrange Fillets in single layer. Pour tomato sauce over fish and sprinkle with cheese. Place potatoes around fish and sprinkle seasonings and parsley over cheese and potatoes. Bake 20 minutes.
