Baked Flounder

1 box (16 oz.) frozen Flounder (partly or mostly defrosted)
1 can (any size) chopped tomatoes
1 bag any frozen mixed vegetables
1/4-1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4-1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4-1/2 tsp. chili powder (optional)
1/4-1/2 tsp. cumin (optional)
1/4-1/2 tsp. parsley

Mix spices into tomatoes. Cut block of fish into 3-4 parts and put into lasagna pan. Pour vegetables around fish. Pour tomato mixture on fish and vegetables. Add 1/2 cup water around the sides of the pan. Cover. Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes.
