Bunker Hill Flounder
1 cup tomato juice
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 green pepper chopped
1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
1/8 tsp. ground coriander (optional)
3 packets George Washington's seasoning and broth
Dash of ginger
2 lb. fillet of Flounder
Combine all ingredients except Flounder. Simmer gently for 10 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
