2 lbs. (3/4 inch thick) Halibut, cut into serving pieces
2 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup melted butter
Cut Halibut into serving pieces. Combine onion mix and sour cream. In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese, parsley and paprika. Dip Halibut pieces into sour cream mixture, then roll into crumbs mixture. Place in single layer on greased baking pan. Pour butter on top and bake at 500 F for 10 to 12 minutes.
