Almond Baked Fish

1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Flounder or other fish Fillets
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. slivered almonds

Combine first 3 ingredients in a 12x8x2-inch baking dish. Arrange fish in dish and spread yogurt over fish. Combine cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons melted butter and almonds in a separate bowl. Sprinkle crumb mixture over fish. Bake at 400 F for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. This is easy and delicious!
