1 md Onion; sliced
1 T Oil
1/4 t Garlic powder Fresh garlic; minced
15 oz Italian-style stewed Tomatoes; drained
1/4 c Salsa
1/4 t Cinnamon
4 4-ounce cod filets
Microwave onion, oil and garlic or powder for three minutes in a
1-1/2-quart microwave dish. Add tomaotes; salsa and cinnamon. Place
fish in tomato mixture. Cover and cook on high from four to six
minutes--until fish flakes.
