1 lb Halibut steaks; about 1-inch thick
1/3 c Low-calorie Italian dressing
1 tb Lemon juice
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Paprika
Place steaks in microwave dish. Combine remaining ingredients and
pour over fish. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30
minutes, turning once.
Turn back one corner of plastic wrap for venting. Microwave on high
power for 4-5 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn after 2 minutes. Let
stand 2-3 minutes before serving. Yields 4 servings,
