Sardine Saladettes

1 cn Large sardines
6 md Size lettuce leaves

LEMON-EGG DRESSING-
Reserved oil from sardines
1/2 Lemon, juice only
1/2 Shredded pimento
1 ts Pimiento, shredded
1 ts Parsley, minced
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 Hard boiled egg, chopped fine.


Remove sardines from can and chill. Reserve oil. Place one sardine on each lettuce leaf. Spoon on the Lemon Egg Dressing.

To make the Dressing: To reserved sardine oil add the above dressing ingredients and mix well.
