Flounder and Broccoli Rollups

2 packages frozen broccoli spears, cooked
8 pieces of Flounder fillet (approx. 2 lbs.)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of celery soup
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Divide cooked broccoli spears among fillet and roll them up using toothpicks to hold them in place. Place in a baking dish in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Combine undiluted soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice and pour mixture over fish. Bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes. Arrange on a platter and pour sauce over fillet. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.

Makes about 6 servings
