6 medium Flounder Fillets
1/2 cup bottled low calorie French dressing
2 medium tomatoes, sliced in thirds
3 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
In medium bowl, pour French dressing. Dip each fillet in dressing then place in shallow baking dish. Top Fillets with tomato and cheese slices, then remaining dressing. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 450 degree oven 20 minutes or until top is golden.
