2 lbs. Haddock Fillets
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 can undiluted cream of celery soup
1 cup medium sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup small bread cubes, slightly buttered
Wash fish and place in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and onion slices. Bake at 400 F about 20 minutes. Heat soup and pour over fish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with bread cubes. Cook some more until sauce begins to bubble. NOTE: To keep fish smell out of house lay celery under fish while baking.
