Baked Fish With Dill
1 1/2 lbs. fish fillet (Haddock, Sole, Flounder)
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded Havarti with dill cheese
Cut fish into serving size pieces. In saucepan, melt margarine. Add lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute. Dip fish Fillets in margarine and place in baking dish. Bake in 325 degree oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
