Charcoal Broiled Swordfish Steaks with Almond Butter
1/2 c Soy sauce
2 Pressed garlic cloves
2 tb Fresh lemon juice
1/3 c Minced parsley
1 ts Oregano
1/2 c Orange juice
1 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Grated lemon or orange rind
6 lg Swordfish steaks 3/4" thick
Combine all ingredients except fish; pour over steaks in shallow glass
baking dish & marinate several hours, turning once or twice. When charcoal
is ready, grill steaks, turning once & basting often during grilling, for
20 minutes. Top with Almond Butter.
