Charcoal Broiled Shark
2 lbs. fresh Shark Fillets or Steaks
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Cut Fillets into serving size portions. Place fish on a well greased grill. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Brush fish with sauce. Cook about 4 inches from moderately hot coals for 5 to 8 minutes. Baste with sauce. Turn fish, baste, and cook for 5 minutes more. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
