Simple Tapenade

4 Anchovy fillets, rinsed
1/2 c Pitted kalamata olives
2 T Capers, minced
1/4 c Olive oil
1 T Dijon mustard


In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. If too thick, drizzle more oil into mixture as you blend. Serve with bread or over vegetables.
