1 package (12 oz.) Gorton's Fishmarket Fresh frozen Perch Fillets
1 package (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cond. cream of mushroom soup
1 can (3 oz.) French fried onions
Heat oven to 350 F. Arrange frozen Fillets in center of ungreased rectangular baking dish, 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches. Rinse frozen broccoli under running cold water to separate; drain. Arrange broccoli around Fillets; sprinkle with salt. Mix milk and soup; pour over top. Bake uncovered until Fillets flake easily with fork, about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with onions; bake 5 minutes longer.
