Fish Loaf

18 oz. Perch or Haddock
1/3 cup chopped celery
3 Tbsp. green onions
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 eggs
2 Wasa crackers, crushed
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. sage


Cook fish in 1 tablespoon lemon juice and sprinkle Good Stuff seasoning on top. Fish is done when flakes easily. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and add fish. Stir well. Spray loaf pan with Pam and bake, uncovered at 350 F for approximately 30 minutes.


Yield: 5 servings
