Flounder With Shrimp Sauce (Microwave)
4 Fillets Flounder, 1/4 lb. each
1 can condensed cream of Shrimp soup
1/4 cup of sherry or milk
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Parsley or slivered almonds (optional)
In a small bowl combine soup, wine and cheese. In an 8 inch square baking dish arrange rolled Fillets seam side down; toothpicks to hold together. Pour sauce over Fillets.
Cover with plastic wrap and cook at medium for 10 to 12 minutes - until fish is opaque. Let stand 5 minutes, sprinkle with almonds.
