Grilled Grouper With Sauteed Mushrooms
1 lb. (4 Grouper Fillets)
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup lemon
1 quart fresh mushrooms, salt & pepper
1 tsp. paprika
In skillet slice mushrooms, add 1/4 cup water, 1/2 stick margarine; cook on low heat until tender. Serve over fish. 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 tsp. paprika
Melt margarine in pan and stir in lemon juice and paprika. Over medium fire, place Fillets on grill. Cook 7 minutes on each side, or until light and flaky. Brush continuously with barbecue sauce with butter, lemon juice, mix. After 7 minutes, turn with large spatula. Barbecue 7 more minutes, brushing continuously. Serve with salad. Top with sauteed mushrooms.
