Baked Lemon Haddock
2 lb Haddock fillets
1 c Seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 c Butter or margarine, melted
2 T Dried parsley flakes
2 t Grated lemon peel
1/2 t Garlic powder
Cut the fish into serving size pieces. Place in a greased 11" x 7" x 2"
baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fish. bake at 350
degrees for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serves 6.
