Caribbean Fish

1 1/2 lb Fillets
1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts White pepper
1 cn Tomato paste -- (6 oz)
1 1/2 ts Coconut extract (which is Fat-free)
1/2 c Water

Preheat oven at 350. Place fillets in baking pan lined with foil, with cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
