1 1/2 c Chablis wine
1/2 c Cider vinegar or Balsalmic vinegar
2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/2 ts Ground cayenne pepper
1/4 c Lemon juice
2 tb Yellow mustard
1 tb Tabasco sauce
Mix all ingredients together and stir well. Use as a marinade as well as a
basting sauce when you cook the fish.
