Cod with Orange Sauce
4 6-ounce cod fillets
1/2 c Orange juice
1/2 ts Thyme; or 1 tsp. fresh, chopped
1/2 ts Orange zest
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Arrange cod fillets in a shallow baking dish.
Pour orange juice over cod and sprinkle with thyme, orange zest, and
salt and pepper to taste. Bake 12-15 minutes until fish is opaque
throughout. Spoon orange sauce over fish and serve.
