Fish Steaks with Ginger Honey Mustard
3 tb Mustard -- prepared
3 tb Fat-free mayonnaise
1 ts Ginger
2 tb Honey
1/2 ts Thyme
Combine mustard, mayonnaise, ginger, honey, and thyme in a small bowl. Coat fillets with mustard mixture on both sides. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 30 minutes in refrigerator while preheating grill. Grill fish on prepared grill about 5 minutes per side, turning once.
