Marinated Halibut Italiano
4 (10 oz.) Halibut Steaks
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup chicken bouillon
1/4 cup wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
Sprinkle Steaks with salt, place in large shallow pan. Combine chicken bouillon, vinegar, parsley, garlic and oregano in a small bowl. Pour over Steaks. Marinate, refrigerate 2 hours, drain reserving marinade.
Broil on rack of broiling pan 4 inches from heat, for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Baste with marinade several times during broiling, turning once. Arrange on platter. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedges. Sprinkle with paprika.
