Microwave Halibut With Herb Butter
1 Halibut steak, or portion (thawed)
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. each lemon juice, and chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. dill weed
Dash each salt and pepper
Place Halibut on lightly oiled microwave plate. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Turn dish and continue cooking 1 to 2 minutes more until fish flakes easily. Cover and keep warm.
In small microwave dish, combine all remaining ingredients. Microwave on low about 20 seconds until butter melts. Stir; pour butter over Halibut and serve.
Use this recipe with Orange Roughy also.
