4 Catfish fillets or 1 lb. nuggets
1/4 c Soy sauce
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
8 Whole peppercorns; crushed
1 tb Ground coriander
1 ts Brown sugar
Mix marinade ingredients. Pour over fillets; cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes; up to 4 hours. Grill over medium flame about 5 minutes per side. May also be broiled.
