Pescado Alicante (Baked Fish)
1 Onion; sliced
1 lb Fish fillets; (flounder, haddock or cod)
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Black pepper
2 tb Oil
1 tb Dry white wine
1/4 c Chopped nuts
Spread onion slices over bottom of greased baking dish. Lay fish over onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; combine oil and wine; pour over all. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 degs for 15-20 minutes. serves 3.
