Whole Plaice with Black Beans and Spring Onions
2 ts Salted black beans
1 Chopped red chilli
1 Clove garlic; chopped
2 ts Grated fresh ginger
1 sm Bunch coriander; roughly chopped
Splash of sherry
Splash of soy sauce
2 Portion sized plaice
Preheat the oven to 200øC/400øF/gas mark 6.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Put the fish in an oven proof dish and spoon over the sauce. Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
