Grilled Farm-Raised Catfish

8 Catfish fillets
1/4 c Italian salad dressing
1/4 c Margarine; melted
1 ts Salt
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Black pepper
1/8 c Lime juice
8 sl Cheddar cheese


Prepare grill as for steaks; put aluminum foil on grill and poke holes in it. Place fish on foil. Combine salad dressing, margarine, salt, Worcestershire, pepper and lime juice; use to baste fish as it cooks. Grill fish 10 to 15 minutes per side, basting often. During last five minutes of cooking, add a slice of cheese to each fillet; cook until cheese melts slightly.
