Blackened Red Fish

3/4" thick Redfish, Tuna or Salmon
3/4 lb. unsalted butter, melted
4 Tbsp. blackened Redfish Cajun Magic

Dip the fish in melted butter, then dredge the fish in the seasonings. Cook in a Very Hot, dry skillet, about 1 minute on each side.
