Sunday Supper Salad (Sondagssalat) Norway
1 lb Cod fillets, poached and cubed
1 Cauliflower, cooked and separated into flowerets
2 tb Cream
1 c Mayonnaise
2 Tomatotes, cut into wedges
1 Cucumber, sliced thin.
Combine fihs and cauliflower. Chill. Blend cream with Mayonnaise, Add
enough mayonnaise mixture to fish mixture to coata ingredients. toss to
mix. Place in center of lettuce-covered platter. surround with tomatoes and
cucumber. serve with remaining mayonnaise mixture. serves 3-4
