Tongues and Sounds

1 lb Cod tongues and sounds; "pickled" or heavily salted
Cream sauce or melted butter


Soak overnight cod tongues and sounds which have been "pickled" in heavy salt. Change water several times. After salt has been washed out put tongues and sounds in kettle to boil about 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from water and serve with cream sauce or melted butter. Excellent if you can get them!
