Golden Fry Batter for Fish
1/4 cup corn oil
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sifted flour
Fish (Perch or Walleye)
Combine all ingredients except fish. Coat fish with flour first and then dip into batter and fry in hot fat (375 F) until tender and brown.
