Parmesan Herbed Flounder
1/2 c Bread crumbs
3 tb Parmesan
1/4 ts Garlic powder
3 tb Fresh parsley; finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
4 Flounder fillets; (4-6 oz. Each)
2 tb Vegetable oil
In a bowl, mix the bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt &
Beat the eggs in a medium shallow bowl. Dip each fillet in the egg &
let the excess drain off. Lay both sides of the fillets in the bread
crumb mixture & shake gently to release excess crumbs. Place in
skillet on med-hi. Cook until they are lightly browned. Serve warm w/
