Baked Haddock

1 1/2 lbs. Haddock, cut into 4 pieces
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese


Place Haddock in greased pan. Melt margarine and mix with oil. Add crumbs and mix well. Add cheese and garlic. Spoon over fish. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.
