3 Catfish fillets
pn Garlic powder
1/8 ts Onion powder
3 oz Cream cheese; softened
3 oz Mushrooms; drained, minced
1 Green onion; minced
1/4 ts Lemon pepper
1/4 ts Lemon peel; grated
4 tb Margarine
Italian-seasond bread crumbs
Wash fillets and pat dry. Sprinkle with garlic and onion powders.
Combine cream cheese, mushrooms, green onion, lemon pepper, lemon
peel and margarine. Mix well and spread on one side of each fillet.
Place in baking dish sprayed with non-stick vegetable coating and
cover with bread crumbs. Drizzle with additional melted margarine.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
