Flounder

1 lb. Flounder
A little fresh ginger
Mint leaves
Lemon & lime, fresh


Wash Flounder put in shallow greased pan. Put a dash of lemon juice on each piece. Cut lime into slices and squeeze over fish. Put rind on fish. Grate a little fresh ginger root on fish. Add a few mint leaves. Bake at 450 F for 15 minutes.
