2 lbs. fish Fillets (Haddock or Scrod tastes best)
1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing (creamy)
1 cup crushed potato chips
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Dip fish in salad dressing. Place in greased pan. Combine chips and cheese. Sprinkle over fish. Bake at 450 F for 10 minutes.
