Baked Orange Roughy

4-6 oz. Orange Roughy
Orange juice


If frozen fish, thaw 1 hour in the orange juice in the refrigerator. If fresh, put the fish in the baking pan and put enough orange juice to just about half the depth of the fish. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until done. Garnish with parsley flakes.
